Blue Barn Quilt Guild

  • Imagine being part of a group where you could learn from quilting experts from all over the world?
  • A group where new techniques and skills for your quilting toolkit could be acquired, virtually, from anywhere on the planet — or in person, if you’re local?
  • A like-minded collective where you’d be exposed to new techniques and encouraged to try them in real-time live workshops lead by quilting experts?
  • A place to grow in community with other enthusiastic quilters?

The Blue Barn Quilt Guild will be an awesome and encouraging place to learn from great teachers. We will do some fun sew-alongs, have exclusive shopping event nights online and at the shop (when it’s complete!), and some other details that I haven’t yet worked out totally . (Think Longarm deals, selected workshop kits for great prices, etc.!)

We will have a guest quilter to lecture once a month, included in the membership. The guest lecturer will also teach a workshop (or two) and the first opportunity to sign up will be given to the members of the Blue Barn Quilt Guild. Then , after the members sign up, it will be offered to the general public — but only if there are any remaining openings.

It will be a place where you can get great education, create wonderful friendships and make beautiful projects — and not just quilts!

We’re not sure of when the barn doors will be open again to allow for more memberships.
