The Oscar fabric design is based on a 19th Century paisley print from the Liberty Fabrics archive. Given the Oriental motifs found in paisley pattern, Oscar represents Liberty London’s International Fashion Collection.

For the classical story, the Liberty Fabrics team selected the prints that have become paradigms of particular styles of Liberty London prints. Tana Lawn cotton has a unique print quality and colour absorption that is second to none, with a  distinctive hand-feel and translucent softness that ensures it remains a versatile favourite.
